Blocked drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4044422.

Drain blocked on approach to the traffic calming on Wells Road from west. Significant build up of soil and surface water after rain. Currently drain cover is raised.

    It’s got worse an no action taken as usual other than a claim to my credit card company to reverse the charges for my council tax under ‘services not received’
