This drain has Bern blocked for a while, bit it's now causing the water to come up over the pavement and is covering the road going up past the 2 cars in the picture.

    This chair appeared overnight on Saturday with a note in it saying free. A neighbour informed me it was dumped there and thought she knew who it was but I have no proof of this.
