Blocked drain causing floods daily

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 6 days, 23 hours, 45 minutes later. Council ref: 4065203.
Reported a few days ago and everytime it rains it floods causing cars not being able to park in an already congested area. When it rains the flood go on to the path. Drain needs emptying and leaves cleared. This happens several times a year.
