Vehicle grounding caused by uneven road surface

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4078661.

2 vehicles of neighbours have grounded on this area of uneven road surface. the edges have collapsed and the centre pushed up. this has happened over a wide area but it is just the bit by the tree as photo where grounding reported..... thanks
