Damage to hand rail on steps

Reported via desktop in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 11:24, Tue 3 January 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4079989.

There has been damage to hand rails to support people using the steps up and and down Beechen Cliff (locally known as Jacob's Ladder). The damage is in the lower section of the steps. This makes using the steps hazardous as it is easy to slip particularly during wet/icey conditions. When is the repair going to be undertaken?
