Heavy rainfall causing lots of water building up on roads surface. Drains seen not to be working at all

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4081722.

Been like this last few weeks. My husband almost came off his motorbike when riding through in the dark no warning signs. Happens evertime we have heavy rain. All the way down to the farm at the bottom just over the bridge from Dunkerton village.
