Eagle Park, Street light 124 not working outside 9 Eagle Park

This was reported some weeks ago. Someone came to look at it but apparently could not fix it. Since then, the top of the road has been really dark.

  • We suspect this light has been affected by underground cable damage. Our contractors have been instructed to investigate and repair and we await confirmation on when they will attend. We are sorry for the delay and will add further information here when known.

  • We confirm our fault finding team and engineers are programmed to attend to our cable repairs during the 20th, 21st,and 22nd February. We apologise this has taken some time and trust the lights will be working as normal after attendance on one of those days. We can add further information here as needs be.

  • We are sorry the work to repair the damaged cable affecting these lights has not yet taken place. We await confirmation from our contractors when this work will start and shall add this information here when known. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • Resident has called to inform that all the lights on Eagle Park are not working, and only two lights on Eagle Road are working, all the other lights aren't working on Eagle Road and Eagle Park. Please could you take a look into this?

  • Now end April, we have been without street lights now for 4 months. Surely this problem can be fixed soon.
