Overgrown ivy & piled up & trapped leaves over most of the pavement
Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 19:28, Mon 9 January 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 13 hours, 58 minutes later. Council ref: 4106895.
The narrowest section of Ralph Allen Drive (just below Middle Hill Lodge on the section of path which becomes level with the cemetery) has overgrown ivy which has trapped the fallen leaves, and which is now grown to over halfway across the pavement. Even worse at present with several street lights out in the same area. Also now a damaged branch which has fallen & is blocking the whole pavement (noted 09/01/23). Also in this section many of the trees are blocking the light from what street lights actually are working (long standing issue).
