Drain blockage on Lyncombe Hill just above the junction with forefield rise

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4116435.

The drain is blocked internally - and i have reported this particular drain at least twice last year - it needs a thorough internal clear out

    The gutters below this drain are visibly damaged by the rain water that should have gone down this drain
