Drains still blocked. Fix only temporary.
Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 20:07, Thu 12 January 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4121349.
The council contractor arrive at about 5:15pm to fix issue Council ref: 4117522, but started several 100 yards further west (uphill). When they eventually arrived outside our property they did clear the drain immediately near our house, but didn't touch any of the drains downhill to the east of the house (where the drop pin is) As a result of clearing the drains uphill of the blockage the initial drain clearance hasn't been successful and as the photo shows (taken at 7pm) the blockage issue hasn't been resolved.

14 hrs later the cleared drain is still full of water, this means the culvert up the hill is backed up so any more rain will result in the road becoming flooded. The other photo shows the next drain down the hill, from which is full of water that doesn't appear to be flowing out.
