Blocked drain leading to water getting into house

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4127041.

The drain at the very end of Priory Lane, outside Priory Farmhouse, is slated up and completely blocked. As a result water running down the hill is coming onto the lane and under our front door.

  • This a recurring problem. The drain at the bottom of the byeway, diagonally opposite my front door is blocked again. When there is heavy rain, the water flowing down the byeway is then diverted closer to our doorway with a potential to breach inside. Please can you fix this.

  • The drain has not been cleared since it was last reported on 30 April and is now not visible at all due to being blocked and silt flowing down the byway. Please could you fix this as a priority.
