Manhole and drain blocked

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4128539.

Water is flowing back up through and out of manhole cover in road. Adjacent road drain also appears blocked and not draining. I assume there is a blockage in the sewer pipe somewhere causing water to back up.
