Car and mud encroaching onto cycle path

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4135251.

Following the report last year of panels being removed for car access on the cycle path , the car is now parked so that it is encroaching onto the cycle path and paving slabs are on the path , as well as mud. This could be dangerous for cyclists

    Photo taken today, paving slabs now encroaching onto cycle path at a place which is unlit at night. The correct entrance to the property is at the rear. This is also causing mud and excess water to drain onto path

    This is still any issues and as the trees are now obstructing light it is a very dark area of the cyclepath
