Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4137106.

USUAL problem last 2 , 3 years HEAVY RAIN & mud WATER / running off fields A368 ON TO A39 BY WEST WAYS GARAGE /COOP / TOP /WEST TYNING BLOCKING DRAINS . NEW DRAINS ON MAIN ROAD A39 CANT COPE WITH AMOUNT WATER/ MUD . THIS THEN RUNS DOWN WEST TYNING FLOODS DRIVE WAYS AS THE 1 DRAIN GETS BLOOKED CANT COPE WITH ALL OVERSPILL WATER . ON GOING ISSUE FOR LAST 3 YERS SINCE A39 JUNCTION MODS , CHANGED DRAINAGE . .
