Blocked drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4148267.

Two drains in The Street, opposite the barbershop, are completely silted-up along with others in and around the centre of Radstock. It seems that when they are cleaned out they are not cleared completely as this problem seems to occur on a fairly regular basis. In periods of heavy rainfall the water coming off the Wells hill is not sufficiently dealt with causing an excess of water on the road and a hazard for pedestrians. Can this be rectified please?
