Empty grit bin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4154139.

The grit bin at the bottom of North Stoke Hill is empty, as we have had to use the contents over the past week on the icy hill up to North Stoke village. The cold snap will continue, so it is important that we can keep access to he village, which relies on gritted roads.
