Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 23 hours, 49 minutes later. Council ref: 4158784.

Due to ice on this section of road pedestrians are unable to walk down the lane, there is a path that could be used but it is blocked by debris and folliage, if this path was cleared it would give pedestrians a safer route, it runs down church lane from the crossroads towards monkton combe for about 30M
