Building sludge in road directly outside my house

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 hours, 17 minutes later. Council ref: 4160402.

Building sludge has washed down the hill from building work slightly further up, and has come to rest/deposited directly outside 27-31 Entry Hill where we park our cars. It is unsightly and embedding in our parked vehicle tyres. Please can it be washed/cleared away
