New grit bin needed

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4160760.

This hill is extremely hazardous during the winter as water run off entering the highway freezes and makes the hill impassable to traffic and pedestrians. There have been numerous near misses due to residents being unable to grit the hill. This is alarming as this is starting to become an animal welfare issue as animals are being left unattended as road is impossible to drive. This has been an ongoing issue for several years and this has been the worst as other routes also as bad to drive on. A new grit bin would solve this! Ideally speak to the residents of BA2 8QR as they will know the best location for said grit bin. (Halfway up hill not at bottom)
