Deeply sunk manhole or drain cover

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4160794.

The road has sunk badly all around a manhole cover on the eastern side of Winifred's Lane. (Not sure which side of the Somerset Lane junction this is.) Although no one will drive over this at speed (I hope) it is impossible to completely avoid driving over it because of the narrowness of the road.
