Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4165756.

Sorry no bin listed here, but there is one. "Curo state this grit bin us not theirs yet its not on your website either... Its on the corner of Lincott View, Peasedown, BA2 8JT Please advise how this can get refilled...if nobody is claiming it."
