Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category by Roger Frederick Cox at 11:01, Wed 25 January 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4168792.

Visiting Keynsham High St on Friday 20th January 2023 at 9-55am, I tripped on the raised footpath separating the path and cycleway. Caused lacerated leg and knee and bruising. A serious trip hazard particularly for senior citizen's (aged 75) Helped by at least 6 people to recover and moved to bench outside post office. Must be on your CCTV. Tore a newish pair of trousers. This pathway is extremely dangerous and several of my helpers stated this has happened many times before Only just recovering from this traumatic experience.

  • Another serious injury on Keynsham high Street today. Head injury - older lady stumbled on the kerb today. Ambulance in attendance. I have seen many people misjudge these kerbs.

  • 4\3\23: Another fall today. My mother-in-law fell after work on the different levels of the curb which looks flat. She got a nasty bump on her head with a graze, scraped her right hand (suffering diminished mobility in her outside finger), and pain to her whole right arm. She was luckily helped by passersby and went into the local cafe for some ice and so many people have fallen that the cafe have printed information sheets on where the incident could be reported.
