Surface water drain overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category by Max Crofts at 16:12, Wednesday 25 January 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4170245.

There must be a blockage between the surface water drain at the bottom of The Hollow (see arrow) and its discharge into the Cam Brook as a significant amount of water has been overflowing continuously across the road for some days - and freezing overnight creating a danger to vehicles and pedestrians. This has not happened before, even after heavy rain.
