Broken manhole cover on Yew Tree Lane, Compton Martin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4186273.

The manhole cover on Yew Tree Lane, at the t-junction on The Street, has sunken and makes a loud noise whenever someone drives over it. Could do a lot of damage to someone's car and possibly cause an accident. Could this please be looked at?
