Street sign impact damage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4186699.

The sign has been occasionally hit over the years. I note the steel posts are rusted inside , thinning the post material. I have over the years fixed the sign due to impact but this time its beyond a "fix"
