Blocked drain outside no 4 Church Lane

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4189727.

The drain is block for the past 30 years. Probably, part of the drain is collapsed. During the Christmas there was 180 L lake outside the house and nobody could through this lane for three days. Something needs to be done asap
