Dead Rat and Dead Animal Tail

I have reported this twice through Fix My Street and through a phone call to the council. I got a message through saying it was fixed. Imagine my surprise when I walked home tonight and nearly slid over a dead rat carcass. I then looked and could see the animal tail had not been removed. Yet it have been fixed allegedly? The tail looks like a tail. The rat is looking less like a rat by the day. This is a health hazard.
