Please remove tree stump from tree cut down on verge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4199592.

A few months ago you cut down a diseased silver birch tree and said someone would come back to remove the stump but thus hasn’t happened. The stump needs to be removed because it has honey fungus and we would like to let fungus die off and replace the tree.
