Dogs off lead and dog mess

People are increasingly walking their dogs OFF LEAD and letting them foul the playing field and playpark area of saddlestones/withies. There is a sign post saying dogs should be kept on lead but it's partially hidden by shubbery and people ignore this anyway. Not only does this make the area more of DOG park and not somewhere safe and clean for HUMANS (particularly children) to play but sometimes people don't bother picking up the dog waste. Increasingly people are using this space for their dogs and it is not fair to members of the public who would like to have freedom to enjoy the park without fear of loose dogs. Banes needs to address the issue and ensure people using the park do not let dogs off the lead.
