Cycle lane muddy and bollards dirty

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 hour, 17 minutes later. Council ref: 4231564.
The majority of the new cycle lane, (northside), is covered in winter mud, grit and detris causing the lane to be slippery and dangerous to users. The raised separation markers and the reflective bollards are dirty and not visible on both sides These need to be cleaned asap to prevent accidents to cycles and vehicles.

Highways responded back stating that the problem has been resolved, but no action was taking at all, the bollards are every dirtier now, causing more hazards to road users, as they make the cycle way barriers invisible at night, especially the raised solid barriers which will cause damage to vehicles or persons.
