Road Bollards in Marksbury

I am a Marksbury resident and am very concerned about the bollards on the islands in the middle of the A39 through the village. Only one set has a light above but the others are virtually invisible in the dark as they are so dirty that car lights are unable to reflect. I understand that there are been a couple of collisions with them recently and am concerned that there are going to be more, maybe leading to an even more serious accident. This problem needs to be sorted as soon as possible.

The bollards may have been cleaned a bit but I don't think the job has been completed properly (if at all). They are still rather dirty and not easily visible even during daylight and especially not in the dark.

Three of the four bollards seem to have been cleaned and are more visible now. The third when travelling from Bath towards Farmborough is still almost invisible in the dark.
