Top of rush hill next to lido chef new build building site
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:48, Wed 15 February 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4233744.
Multiple vehicles from workers of this site parked on the pavement completely blocking it forcing public to walk in the busy road seen a lady with a buggy having to walk out in to traffic because she could not get passed this has been going on for months and months they are there every single day and I am sure I am not the first person to report this you need to do something about this before someone gets hurt or hit by a car coming up the hill it is seriously effecting public safety in this area

I was about to report the fact there are 5 builders vans blocking the pavement meaning we could get past Iam very disappointed to notice that this has been going on since February and is now the end of may obliviously they are breaching planning rules for loading and unloading site ?

Hello banes obviously your struggling to find the right team to respond to this problem which has only got worse since they’ve now moved the fencing half way across the path now the builders especially today are parked totally blocking the path (and one van hanging out in the road) does this really take 5 month to sort out ??

The site nears completion and every day vehicles are still being parked blocking the pavement. It's disappointing (disgusting?) that the developer pays so little attention to this and worse that the Council have done absolutely nothing to address this -
