Electronic sign displaying incorrect speed limit

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4238449.

When the speed limit was reduced from 30mph to 20 mph on Bathwick Hill this electronic sign remained unchanged so it is not lighting up until speed limit exceeds 30mph. It then displays that the speed limit is 30mph.
