Watercourse beside road blocked causing water to run down highway
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4258287.
Parish Clerk, reporting on behalf of a resident A culvert (or similar gutter) has been blocked by earth which has apparently been deposited by the roadside. This causes water to run down the road. Note that this is used by pedestrians.
