Dented railings

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4262916.

The railings in front of St Peter's Place are dented inward and look as though a vehicle has run into them. Can this be fixed please both so they can be made safe to fullfil their intended purpose and also so it doesn't look so derelict.
