Pavement cracked and pushed up

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4270315.
The pavement near the parking sign on Marlborough Lane has a long crack and the surfaced has been pushed up. This is a risk to pedestrians and the pavement is at different levels.
