  • Cones now removed, why???

Posted anonymously at 12:32, Wed 1 March 2023

  • The Parking suspension team placed these cones with a 2 day suspension at the request of Banes Highways. Line Painting was due to take place. The same suspensions were put in place in St Michaels Road, Audley Grove & Audley Avenue. These streets have had line painting completed. I cannot answer why Edward Street wasn't attended, as we facilitate requested suspensions but not works that take place. The cones wouldn't be left in situ as the suspension had expired. When the work is rescheduled the suspension will be put back in place, if that is what is requested.
