Parked in our company parking spaces

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4295486.

Been parked in our company spaces, we have left a message asking for it to be removed but nothing has happened. We have signs up advising the spaces are for our staff and parents for the safe drop off and collection of our children as we are a nursery.
