Broken bollard on cycle lane in Stanhope Place

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4302694.

One of the bollards marking the cycle lane in Stanhope Place has been broken off at the base. This happened some time during the night of 10th March 2023.
