Drain full of asphalt/tar mixture after pothole repair
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 15:33, Tuesday 14 March 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4312756.
In the last couple of weeks, repair work has been conducted at this end of Bloomfield Grove (in front of Number 19). But the material to fill the holes has been allowed to migrate into the drain itself, visible in the second close-up photo. This means that the drain can't possibly work properly.
Thank you for this report. We will review the details and carry out an inspection of the site if required.

Since reporting this issue on the 14th of March, we have heard no more. Should we just be patient?
