Dumping site
Reported via desktop in the Business bins left out early or after collection day category anonymously at 08:55, Wednesday 15 March 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4314990.
Businesses are over filling their bins and dumping rubbish which isn’t being collected on that day. It is encouraging members of the public to throw things onto the piles. The mess around the bins isn’t regularly cleaned. There is no cohesive system. So huge amount of bins often obstructing vehicle access. An eyesore and a health hazard. More responsible behaviour needed from all businesses. The emptying of glass bottles in the early hours still continues. The issue is on the bend at top of Bartlett street/Edgar mews. Been going on a very long time. Worse now there is another new restaurant
