A cast iron bollard was knocked over on Monday 13th March by the lorry shown in the photograph. I did mention it to the driver, as I saw it happen. He said he would report it, but I am not certian that he did. The bollard is a very heavy metal bollard, which is currently laid down. It has fractured off its base, so cannot be safely placed upright. However, people keep putting it up again, which is dangerous, as it can easily fall and would damage cars or people. The old bollard needs to be removed and a replacement concreted in as quickly as possible. Many thanks
