A willow tree is growing alongside the footpath just downhill from the entrance to the car park of Freshford Memorial Hall. It is on land owned by B&NES

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 22:43, Thursday 16 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4323119.

The willow tree has for many months leaned more and more over the public footpath to the point where anybody other than a small child must bend and move to one side to avoid hitting their head. One day it will fall, hopefully without anyone passing beneath. It is growing in the verge between the footpath and Highway so is not in private land.
