Mud and rubBible in road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4324712.

Came past here this morning. What a mess. Thick mud all over the road and pavement with the mud being distributed along the road towards Twerton. Please make the contractor clean up the ongoing mess they are making. Surely they should be regularly washing the road with a cleaning vehicle ?
