White line dug up after street works on Hanover Street

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4325614.

Resident from York House on Hanover Street called to report that the white lines outside his property that he applied and paid for to have painted were dug up during street works. Are we able to have these repainted?
