Overflowing bins and refinement running across Street
Reported via Android in the Obstruction on road or pavement category by Andrew Poulton at 13:53, Saturday 18 March 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4328449.
This is obviously the new cafe. Finished was pulled high everywhere in Charlton road. Also dishwater was flooding or the door across footpath. This is an eyesore and a nuisance to pedestrians having to walk past the smell and paddle though all the filthy liquid. It could be a gamer danger to pedestrians of out trains or the wind blows or is piled so high.

Just went past. The foul smelling liquid has dried. However there were SMASHED glass bottles on the pavement beside the now towering inferno of rubbish. Watched as a young girl tried stepping over it all. .Can anyone comment why this has been allowed under the planning regs for all this rubbish to be stored outside on Charlton road
