Overflowing bins and refinement running across Street

Reported via Android in the Obstruction on road or pavement category by Andrew Poulton at 13:53, Saturday 18 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4328449.

This is obviously the new cafe. Finished was pulled high everywhere in Charlton road. Also dishwater was flooding or the door across footpath. This is an eyesore and a nuisance to pedestrians having to walk past the smell and paddle though all the filthy liquid. It could be a gamer danger to pedestrians of out trains or the wind blows or is piled so high.

  • Just went past. The foul smelling liquid has dried. However there were SMASHED glass bottles on the pavement beside the now towering inferno of rubbish. Watched as a young girl tried stepping over it all. .Can anyone comment why this has been allowed under the planning regs for all this rubbish to be stored outside on Charlton road
