Broken Railings

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 22 hours, 50 minutes later. Council ref: 4328868.

2 wooden railings kicked off to Innox Park when you enter by the garages in the Brow this is at the top of the field 3 x 4inch nails now protruding at head head for a small child. These steps are muddy and I personally always use hand rail as I’m sure many others will.
