Obstruction by pile of leaves on B3355

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 17:01, Saturday 18 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4329053.

Coming down from Paulton to Hallatrow on the left of the B3355 at the unmade track that leads into farmer's fields, there is a pile of leaves which someone has swept into a mound. These form an obstruction and force you into the road when walking on the pavement.

The pavements on the road to/from Paulton are also in a bad state of repair and have been for many years. When will something be done to make it safer for people to walk up and down. No wonder we get into our cars instead!
