Construction hoarding impeding road

Hello, Appreciate that this may seem minor but we really do need the hoarding to stay on the pavement as it’s very difficult to pull the car out of the garage with the blue car that never moves, as well as the hoarding moving onto the road. I have spoken to the construction team but it keeps happening and I would appreciate some help if possible. Thank you.
