Belvedere between the old eye hospital & 24 Belvedere

There is broken glass, medication, rubbish littering this side of the street. i have reported it before & a couple of items were picked up! The whole area needs properly cleansed. The road sweepers used to come after every recycling/rubbish collection, this does not happen anymore & dangerous glass & medication are now littering our side of the street. For a main entry into the city, it casts a terrible first impression! Please visit this area to see the extent of the state of the path running alongside the road, not the high pavement.
